Information on this site is a general description of our services, not an offer. Pricing, timelines, deposits and delivery for apparel, branding and web projects are set in a written quote or agreement for each project, and that document governs the work. Apparel and printed products go into production only after you approve a proof.
When you send us logos, artwork or other materials, you confirm you have the right to use them and allow us to use them to complete your project. You keep ownership of your materials.
The Full Scale name and logo, and the text, design and images on this site, belong to Full Scale or are used with permission. Client work is shown with our clients’ permission, and their names and marks belong to them.
This site links to our platforms and to clients’ websites. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Full Scale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute about them will be resolved in Wisconsin courts.
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
